Outage Review is a root cause analysis (RCA) management platform that helps teams document, investigate, and track incidents. The Service includes incident management, investigation tools, action tracking, team collaboration features, and reporting capabilities.

During the beta period, the Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or experience downtime. We may modify features, change pricing, or discontinue services with notice. Beta users acknowledge that the Service is under active development.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share Your Content.
For paid subscriptions:
We offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We may limit or modify trial terms at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
While we implement reasonable backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.
The Service, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
